Children in Y2 have been learning about animals.
They have been matching them to their natural habitats, and working in pairs,
have produced interesting booklets for class displays.
They really enjoyed working on this topic.
On Wednesday afternoon, parents were invited into school to meet the class teachers.
As an introduction to Spanish, which is taught throughout the school, Spanish Tapas were served-up to parents along with a presentation of the school's annual trip to Barcelona.
Here are some photos of everyone enjoying a variety of tapas which are so typical of Spain.
Children in Y3, have been learning about festivals in Spain.
To learn the months of the year, they have sang a song about the famous festival of "San Fermin" in Pamplona.
Believe it or not, as part of the festival, people run through the streets "for fun", dressed in red neckerchiefs and white shirts and trousers in front of running bulls.
Children have also designed a poster for San Fermin in a competition.
The winning ones will be presented with a certificate and an art prize next week.
