At Arnot St Mary, we try our best to make sure our children have lots of opportunities to experience things beyond the classroom. If you click on the link below, you will see how busy our school year is going to be. We also offer 4 different residential holidays for children in Year 2-6.

Year 6 - Imperial War Museum
To complement our Learning Challenge topic on the Second World War, we visited the Imperial War Museum in Manchester. We had a fantastic day, experiencing how the lives of many Britons, especially children, was affected by the war. The children demonstrated maturity and respect, while engaging with museum staff. Well done Year 6!
Year 3 and 4 Visit to the Philharmonic Hall
We had a great time when we watched Michael Rosen perform at the Philharmonic Hall, Liverpool.
Year 3 visit to Calderstones Park
As part of our Learning Challenge question 'Who first lived in Britain?' We visited Calderstones Park to see the original Calder-Stones.We were able to sketch and touch the primary source, as well as learning a lot from Richard the Historian.
